What’s the use of My Schedule? |
|
In the schedule, the highlighted date indicates that you have class on that day. When you click the date, the study arrangement of that day will be shown on the page. |

How do I make change on my personal information? |
|
You can open “My Account” and click Edit Profile. On the editing page you may make change of your information, but your registered email can not be changed by yourself. |

What’s the use of the Server Time? |
|
Server Time will show in the system you are logged in the time of your time zone according to your selection. It will influence all the items related with time in the system. |

What’s the use of the Dashboard? |
|
The Dashboard is a quick interface provided by our system. You may view your recent comprehensive information here instead of going to the special options to see which will to some extent save your time. |

How do I modify my study plan? |
|
You may choose Modify in the menu. Click Modify of any one lesson to change the time period or cancel the lesson. You can also click the Book button of the purchased course or set of course to enter the purchasing history and modify the time or cancel the course booked. For the purchased lesson, in the Book Lessons you can click the viewing button of the Purchased lessons to modify or cancel. Please note, you must modify at least 48 hours before the lesson. When you successfully modify or cancel the lesson, the system will automatically send a notice to your email. |
