As a new student, what should I do before I start learning? |

You purchase the lesson or course you’re interested in, and then book the class time. Open up “My Study Schedule”, choose the service type. You can only book the time of each lesson after paying for the course. If you purchase a lesson, you need to select it under a certain course and learn it later. |

How do I contact the support and the operator? |

What should I do if my account is stolen? |
|
When you find your account is stolen by someone, please using the function of finding back password at the first place. The modification in the email account needs complicated procedures to assure it’s the account owner. So as long as your email account is not stolen, the loss can be reduced to the minimum. |

What if I forget the password? |
1.You can click the link “Click Here” on the signing in page and it will lead you to find back the password.
2.You may also fill in your applied email on the page of finding password back. After confirmation we will send you a password letter to guide you to reset a new password.
